About the Foundation

The Tracker Empowerment Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation incorporated in Connecticut, USA, that supports wildlife trackers around the world through training, certification, equipment and opportunity. This website provides information about our mission, work and how to support it.

Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law or harms the Foundation or others;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or connected systems;

Donations

Donations made through this website are voluntary gifts in support of our mission. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers, Stripe and our online bank, Mercury; we do not store full card details. Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe an error has been made, contact us at kersey@originalwisdom.com and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. You receive no goods or services in exchange for a donation. The Foundation's federal tax-exempt status under section 501(c)(3) is pending; we will update our donation and acknowledgment information once that status is confirmed.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and photographs, is owned by the Foundation or its contributors and is protected by applicable laws. Photographs remain the property of their respective photographers. You may not use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
